    AWAI Representatives Attend International Conference
    "The Voice of Afghan Women"

    Two representatives of the Afghan Coalition and the Afghan Women's Association attended the International Conference "The Voice of Afghan Women". Taiba Hossaini and Nazema Momand went to Amsterdam, Holland, in early May 2002 to be part of this conference. Both delivered a very moving presentation about the plight of Afghan women in Afghanistan at this time of reconstruction.
