    The Afghan Artists Dialogue Series Dialogue with Salaam Sangi

    Join us for the showing of the internationally award winning
    short film The Stranger (Baygaana) and a candid dialogue with
    the star of the film, famed Afghan screen actor Salaam Sangi.

    The film The Stranger (Baygaana), directed by Siddiq Barmak
    and filmed in Afghanistan, depicts the complex differences
    and misunderstandings between the urban and rural people
    of Afghanistan in contemporary times.

    Aftaab Summer Day Camp

    Aftaab Summer Camp is a cultural, educational and fun summer day camp for Afghan kids in Fremont, CA. Members of SAP, which include university students and professionals lead programs, activities, field trips, discussions and games to help promote and encourage Afghan culture among today's youth.
